Daily:  
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Lavender Essential Oil Demonstrations
Farm owner Michael Shirkey takes you through the intricacies of distilling lavender into oil while sharing stories of Port Williams Lavender Farm.
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Creating with Lavender
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of lavender In bloom while creating lovely fresh lavender heart wreaths and lavender wands.
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. U-pick lavender
breath in the heady fragrance of lavender in bloom while picking your own bundle of lavender – Royal Velvet, Super, Hidcote Giant and Grosso are available individually or to mix and match as you choose. Beautifully wrapped in tissue and ribbon for a lovely presentation.
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Ostentatious Hats!
Try on one of our elegant, exquisite and amazing hats and stroll through the lavender for that perfect photo!
10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Plants, Plants, Plants
Owner Sue Shirkey will be on hand to chat about growing lavender in your landscape, help you find answers to questions regarding  lavender plants you currently own and to help you choose a new lavender variety to take home for your garden

11 a.m. Meet the Farmer
Michael Shirkey will regale you with the stories of creating the farm and ready to answer any questions you might have – please meet at the essential oil demonstration area
Sunday Only:  
3:00 p.m. Cooking with Lavender Demonstration
Join us for a culinary treat as Ricki, Chef of Michael’s Divine Dining in Port Angeles, WA, shares his tips for cooking with lavender while preparing his famous Lavender Barbecue Chicken

Daily Festival Dining

Michael’s Divine Dining – Local wild salmon sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, grilled & chilled lavender BBQ chicken, grilled cheeseburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, Northwest clam chowder, frozen banana’s dipped in lavender chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, lavender iced tea, sparkling apple cider, soda, house red & white wines, Chateau St. Michelle Merlot

Common Grounds Espresso – espresso’s, latte mocha’s, Italian sodas, lavender cookies and bottled water.

The Ice-Cream Pantry - Port Williams Lavender’s own ice-cream pantry right here on our farm: Honey Lavender, Lime Lavender, White Chocolate Lavender with White Chocolate Chip, Lavender Blueberry, and  plain vanilla
